The Eighth Ray Spiritual Transformation Ritual is quintessentially a solar ritual where light is worked with to transform and transmute old energies. It works with the power of light to burn or transmute the karma of the world as well as one’s own karma. Karma is expiated both personally and transpersonally each time the ritual is carried out. The Eighth Ray Spiritual Transformation Ritual© works to transmute limiting or devolutionary energy at a collective, transpersonal and personal level.

The Eighth Ray Spiritual Transformation Ritual© is associated with the Sun and the masculine and is ideally undertaken as a morning ritual. Conducting a morning ritual associated with the Sun is a very ancient practice used in various forms by wise men and women throughout the world. 

Bringing about the ‘Great Restoration and Transformation’ of the Earth

You can begin conducting this ritual when the Sun changes zodiacal sign and continue with it as a daily practice, using the alchemical formulations that correspond to the zodiacal sign that the Sun is in and your magickal intent. 

The qualities of the zodiacal sign exert their influence for the month until the Sun changes the sign again. By working with the Eighth Ray Spiritual Transformation Ritual© in this way you are helping to bring about the ‘great restoration and transformation’ of the Earth referred to in many ancient prophecies. You are also working to heal the masculine, both within yourself and within the collective.

This powerful ritual is carried out with a specific magical focus. Six-Step Eighth Ray Spiritual Transformation Ritual^©

RITUAL PRAYER OF MAGICKAL INTENT
YOUR MAGICKAL FOCUS:

BEFORE YOU BEGIN:

Put on your altar the Porta Alchémica® alchemical formulations that correlate with your magical objective:

• Uranus planetary elixir and Uranus planetary anointing oil –

• liberation from states of stagnation and invite the energy of radical change and higher mental activity
  Scorpio zodiacal elixir and Scorpio zodiacal anointing oil – purification, transformation and strength of will, click here to view more keywords for Scorpio, feel free to add or replace any keywords to make this ritual really ‘sing’ for you
  
• 3rd mansion of life elixir – everyday thinking, mental processes, thoughts and spoken word
• Uranus planetary incense
• Aura Mist (optional)

You will also need:

• Small dish to contain the anointing oils
• Incense burner and charcoal
• Specially dedicated chalice or goblet
• Matches or lighter
• White or beeswax central candle
• Crystal wand (optional)

Put a small amount of pure water in your chalice. Make sure the charcoal tablet is glowing and ready in the incense burner before you add the incense. Place three drops of each anointing oil into the small dish.

STEP 1:
BURN THE RITUAL INCENSE 

Put a pinch of ritual incense on the glowing charcoal. When the incense is smoking say:

“I bridge the worlds with this sacred suffumigation of  Uranus, the planet of liberation"

STEP 2:
LIGHT THE RITUAL CANDLE 

Light the central ritual candle. Your intent is also to project light into the world powerfully, intelligently and purposefully and to be one with the energies of co-creation to ‘to purpose good’. The four statements that you make as you light the ritual candle create an arrow of light that forms a pathway for the projection of light. The projection of light expresses as a manifestation of divine will, divine mind and divine love to create a magical outcome that is a manifestation of the restorative power of the co-creative masculine.

Say:

“Light victorious, light triumphant, light eternal, light in extension!"

STEP 3:
ANOINT YOURSELF

Anoint yourself with planetary and zodiacal anointing oils.

Put three drops of each anointing oil into a small dish. 

Use your index finger and dip it into the anointing oil in the dish that contains planetary anointing oil and zodiacal anointing oil. Anoint the mark of the solar cross, the equiarm cross, on the centre of your forehead just above the bridge of your nose.

Say as you do so:

“The mark of solar magick"

Then place three drops of each of the anointing oils directly from the bottles in a triangle pattern on your inner left wrist. Then bring your inner wrists together with your wrists in a cross symbol in front of your body. Rub your wrists together and then inhale the fragrance deeply three times.

STEP 4:
INGEST ALCHEMICAL ELIXIRS

Ingest the Planetary, Zodiacal and Mansion of Life elixirs as a ritual libation.

You now place three drops of the elixirs you are working with in a triangular pattern in the water in the chalice. Start at the apex of the triangle with one drop of elixir then at each other point of the triangle in the indicated order. Start with the planetary elixir, then the zodiacal elixir and finally add the mansion of life elixir. There will be nine drops of alchemical elixir in total added to the chalice.

As you add the three drops of each elixir in a successive triangular pattern into the water in your chalice, see in your mind how you are magically creating and extending a bridge of light in order to send up the energies of pain, sorrow, suffering and negativity to the Sun to be transmuted. You are doing this through the power of magical invocation using your ritual prayer of magical intent. This work is being supported by the Sun itself and you are co-creating this work with the ‘magic of the Sun’ whose ‘mark’ you have anointed yourself with. This process is diagrammatically represented below.

As you are placing the drops of each planetary, zodiacal and mansion of life elixir in the chalice you are reciting your ‘ritual prayer of intent’. This is a formal and structured three-part invocation and is a very important part of the eighth ray spiritual transformation ritual process. It is the applied power of magical invocation used as a dynamic magically co-creative act. To create your ‘ritual prayer of magical intent’, you systematically and formulaically create an invocative magical statement or commentary of magical intent and purpose based on the planet, zodiacal sign and mansion of life you are working with.

Uranus Planetary elixir

As you put the drops of Planetary elixir in the chalice say:

“I call upon the power, intelligence and purposeful action of the planet Uranus, the planet of liberation" 

Scorpio Zodiacal elixir

As you put the drops of Zodiacal elixir in the chalice say:

“to express powerfully, intelligently and purposefully through the zodiacal sign of  Scorpio, the zodiacal sign of purification and transformation."  

3rd Mansion of Life elixir

As you put the drops of the Mansion of Life elixir in the chalice say:

“and focus your energies powerfully, intelligently and purposefully in the 3rd mansion of life, the mansion of everyday thinking, mental processes, thoughts and spoken word." 

When you have created and spoken the invocative ‘ritual prayer of magickal intent’ you then place your hands in a triangular shape, thumb to thumb, index finger to index finger over the top of the chalice. Blow through the triangle onto the water and say:

“The breath of life quickens the waters of  transformation and transmutation"

Then slowly drink the potentised water that has been alchemically transformed to now become the ‘living waters of expiation’.

Say decisively and powerfully:

"With the assistance of my celestial allies I create a bridge of light, I send all that is ready to be transformed and transmuted in my world, to the rays of the central Sun where is will be cleansed, and peace will reign. 

I send all that is ready to be transformed and transmuted in the world, to the rays of the central Sun where is will be cleansed, and peace will reign.

I send all that is ready to be transformed and transmuted in the greater universe, to the rays of the central Sun where is will be cleansed, and peace will reign."

Pause, then say:

“Behold the heavens. Behold the earth. Behold the child!” 

STEP 5:
